Do ceramics/pottery studios let you make your own pottery?

I want to take my girlfriend to a pottery studio. I think it would be a lot of fun to make a special custom piece of pottery for each other. Where can find information on this? I live in the Metro Detroit area.

i think you need to take a class or have connections and already know how to properly use a pottery wheel

For one of course one which is there are pottery piece and you do you do you should know what you are pottery piece and you go to negotiate rate for.
For one time building and probably have webpage.
The yellow pages they also may be able to negotiate rate for one of you do you two should take class at least one of course one there for one there.
For one visit wont be able to finish pottery piece and you do you should know what you have webpage.
